A printed lens in antenna’s aperture to improve the performance of UWB-radar system

چکیده

Abstract we present a printed lens for radar applications. The structure of the presented consists an array modified micro-strip lines, which is positioned in antenna’s aperture on same planar substrate. Simulations show that gain and directivity increase with proposed wide band frequency band. design insensitive to rotation antenna. This paper focuses real industrial applications problems. Further, can be used improve object detection ability ultrawide system, such as non-destructive monitoring built-structures use renovation process. signal noise ratio improved. Furthermore, how microwave also reduce clutter where complex refractive index objects determined. different simulated results (for cases) are compared, concluded.
